MSCaffold Already Had the Capability
MSCaffold operates in Western Australia’s competitive scaffolding and access-services market.
The business already had the practical delivery capability, safety focus, and industry experience needed to support professional scaffolding work.
The opportunity was not simply to drive more traffic.
The opportunity was to appear in front of people at the moment they were actively searching for scaffolding support, then track whether that traffic turned into real enquiries.

The Business Needed Measurable Enquiry Growth
Visibility matters in scaffolding because customers often compare several providers before making contact.
But traffic alone was never the objective.
More visitors can increase advertising spend without creating meaningful commercial outcomes.
MSCaffold needed to:
- Reach people actively searching for scaffolding and access services.
- Improve the match between search intent and ad messaging.
- Track genuine website enquiry actions.
- Understand the cost of each conversion.
- Build a reliable baseline for future campaign optimisation.
The goal was not more clicks for the sake of clicks.
The goal was measurable enquiry generation.

The Problem Was Visibility Without Enough Performance Clarity
MSCaffold did not simply need more search traffic.
The business needed to understand whether that traffic was relevant, engaged, and likely to enquire.
The paid-search journey needed to be visible from start to finish:
- Search impression
- Ad click
- Website visit
- Engagement
- Enquiry submission
Without that measurement, it would be difficult to know where the campaign was working, where budget was performing best, and where the enquiry journey needed improvement.

We Built the Campaign Around Search Intent
We developed and managed a Google Ads campaign focused on people already searching for scaffolding and access-related services.
The campaign was built around service-related terms with clearer commercial intent.
The aim was to connect MSCaffold with users who were closer to needing a provider, not broad audiences with low relevance.
This gave the business a more practical foundation for lead generation and optimisation.
How We Built the Paid-Search System
We structured the paid-search system across campaign targeting, ad messaging, conversion tracking, performance monitoring, and website engagement.

High-Intent Search Campaigns
We structured the campaign around scaffolding and access-service searches.
The goal was to reach people who were already looking for relevant support, rather than relying on broad awareness traffic.
This helped the campaign focus on users with a stronger reason to click and enquire.

Search-Relevant Ad Messaging
We aligned ad messaging with the services and requirements represented in each search.
The ads needed to feel relevant to what the user was already looking for.
That helped improve the connection between search intent, ad click, and website visit.

Conversion Tracking
We tracked completed website enquiry forms through the MSCaffold thank-you page.
This gave the business a clearer view of campaign-generated enquiry activity.
Instead of only reporting clicks and impressions, the campaign could be measured against real conversion actions.

Performance Monitoring
We assessed campaign performance using impressions, clicks, click-through rate, cost per click, conversions, conversion rate, and cost per conversion.
This gave MSCaffold a more disciplined way to understand paid-search performance.
It also created a baseline for future improvement.

Website Engagement Review
GA4 showed that paid-search traffic generated:
- 108 sessions
- 62 engaged sessions
- 57.41% engagement rate
- 30 seconds average engagement time
- 4.70 events per session
This indicated that paid-search visitors were engaging with the website at a stronger rate than Direct traffic during the reporting period.

Paid Search Became a Clearer Acquisition Channel
The campaign established paid search as a measurable acquisition channel for MSCaffold.
It generated 6 tracked form submissions and gave the business clearer visibility into:
- The cost of attracting search traffic.
- The percentage of users clicking the ads.
- How paid visitors engaged with the website.
- How efficiently traffic converted into enquiries.
- Where landing pages and enquiry pathways could be improved.
July generated 3 conversions at A$103.74 per conversion.
September produced another 3 conversions at a 3.66% conversion rate.
The overall cost per conversion was A$299.03, showing that performance varied by month and that the strongest periods provide a useful model for future optimisation.
Why the Strategy Worked
The strategy worked because it treated paid search as a commercial acquisition channel, not just a traffic source.
MSCaffold needed more than visibility.
It needed to know which searches were producing clicks, which visitors were engaging, and which enquiries could be tracked back to advertising activity.
By connecting search intent, ad messaging, website behaviour, and conversion measurement, the campaign created a stronger foundation for future growth.
The Simple Difference
Before the campaign, MSCaffold did not have enough clarity around how paid search could support enquiry generation.
After the campaign, the business had a measurable acquisition channel with clear data on impressions, clicks, engagement, conversions, and cost per enquiry.
That gave MSCaffold a stronger benchmark for future optimisation and a clearer pathway for improving enquiry activity over time.
In One Line
We helped MSCaffold establish a measurable paid-search acquisition channel, generating 310 website clicks, 6 tracked enquiry conversions, and a clearer benchmark for future scaffolding enquiry growth.
