Wandering Lion provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
• Paid advertising management
• Content creation
• CRM and marketing automation setup

Scope of services will be agreed upon in writing (proposal, contract, or statement of work).

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Supply required content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure you have rights to all materials provided to us

Delays in providing required materials may impact timelines.

Fees will be outlined in your proposal or agreement
Payments must be made within agreed terms
Late payments may result in suspension of services

a. Our Property
We retain ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

b. Client Deliverables
Upon full payment:

• You are granted rights to final deliverables unless otherwise agreed
• We may retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio

While we aim to achieve strong results, we do not guarantee:

• Specific rankings (SEO)
• Lead volume or sales outcomes
• Advertising performance

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems). We are not responsible for:

• Platform outages or changes
• Policy changes affecting campaigns

To the extent permitted by Australian law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services

Either party may terminate services with written notice as agreed in the contract.

We may suspend services if:

• Payments are overdue
• Terms are breached

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
